Organizer: Dawn Heckert

DISC Behavior Model Parent Training will be held on Saturday, January 18 from 9am-10:30am with certified, licensed Behavior Consultant, Sarah Nickel. The DISC Model of Human Behavior celebrates how the people in our families are wired. When we understand behavior, we can more effectively build productive, meaningful relationships rather than being in a household filled with stress and frustration.
In this workshop, we will:

  • Help parents discover & understand their own strengths, tendencies, and needs.
  • Help parents gain insights into the unique strengths, tendencies, and needs of their children.
  • Help families understand the God-designed differences in each other, and how to relate to, engage with, and effectively communicate with people who are different than you.

This training includes an online Adult Concise Assessment and a DISC parenting workbook for each participant who registers. Following your registration, you will be sent a code for your online assessment results. Participants should bring the 6-page report results to the training workshop. We will provide DISC Parenting workbooks at the training event.
Coffee and Bagels will be provided. No childcare for this event.
